ABINGDON is a great place to hire one of our easy to use self drive boats and enjoy England's most famous river. Discover and explore the beautiful reaches of the upper Thames from our base which is conveniently situated on the Town Centre side of the river by the bridge at Abingdon.

BOAT hire for a whole day and cruise upstream at a gentle pace to Oxford, the city of dreaming spires or travel downstream to Shillingford and savour the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Take a picnic or visit one of the many riverside restaurants/pubs where good food and traditional beers are available. Ideal for a relaxing day out with family or a party of friends.
